Berry Picker Shannon tells HucksOnline that she spotted about 10 goats mowing down the long grass on city property in an enclosed area northeast of the roundabout at 4th Street & Margaret/Kathleen today — you know that treed, triangular area north of the Nazarene church. On Facebook, Shannon wondered whether the goats were on the city payroll.
