KREM: Human Rights Leader Finds Noose

Coeur d’Alene Police are investigating a possible hate crime in which a noose was found hanging at a woman’s home. The house belongs to Rachel Dolezal, Executive Director of the Human Rights Institute in Coeur d’Alene.
