3:12 p.m. Traffic is stalled w/b on I-90 @ M/P 6 (Seltice Way) after a piece of metal flew from a truck’s unsecure load and may have hit a vehicle behind it.

3:01 p.m. A mountain bike has been sitting along Tubbs Hill trail @ Marker No. 11 for 2 days w/o anyone around it. Caller believes that’s suspicious.

2:30 p.m. A female driver who appeared to be almost falling asleep has exited I-90 @ Spokane Street/Post Falls intersection.
