There’s been only one new filing in local county and legislative races since we last checked the Web sites of the local elections department and the Secretary of State’s office — Repub Fred Meckel of Rathdrum has filed to run against Duane Rasmussen in the GOPrimary for the House District 3 seat held by retiring Rep.
