Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin celebrated his 74th birthday with Councilwoman KerriT on KVNI this week. Kerri was pinchhitting during the morning show while Rick and Teresa Lukens were on vacation. Alison McArthur, Clay’s daughter, is fond of saying that her father is still glad that he’s on the Bingo card. Which numbers up to 75. Clay, apparently, also likes to play Bingo.
