How about a laser show?

Regarding the best use of the YMCA building, my suggestion is this: Convert the building to a community center with various and innovative uses and functions, including an aquarium.

Then, add a laser light show, showcasing the river and falls. Patrons would pay to use and enjoy the center during the day and then be entitled to a seat for the light show after dark. If Grand Coulee Dam can do it, Spokane can.
