WSU doctoral student Paul Mencke holds his son Paul Jr as he poses for a portrait with his wife Bernadette, who holds their newly born son, Carter, on Sunday on WSU’s campus in Pullman. Mencke will graduate from WSU on May 8 with his doctorate in cultural studies and social thought in education.
