Joan: Fed Up With Annoying Robocalls

Joan Harman: Just heard the latest political robocall this morning. It actually started out as a “debt collection” phone call. For anyone who has struggled to pay their bills in hard economic times, such a call is way over the top. Given the fact that our economic problems and debt began with the GOP.
