Article uplifting

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for using almost two entire pages to focus on something positive our military personnel are doing in Kyrgyzstan. The media seem to continuously point out the negative – the tragedies, the lives lost, the political entanglements, all the ugliness in the world and the war – so it is refreshing to see this article (“Rebuilding Hope”) on what our servicemen and women are doing to build positive relations and give compassionate service to these people. Three of my sons have served in Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan, and I know our military people do so much good that never seems to hit the news.

Thank you for such an uplifting article.
