Eags survive another big scare

Despite being outgained by by more than 100 yards, Eastern Washington managed to hold off visiting Southern Utah 31-24 at Roos Field on Saturday.

The winning touchdown came on a 24-yard touchdown pass from Bo Levi Mitchell to Brandon Kaufman with 2:22 left in the game. It was Kaufman’s second TD catch of the day.
