Vandal women get win

Idaho women open with a solid 72-55 win over Eastern Oregon as senior Yinka Olorunnife (10-13) and freshman Ashley Walters (11-12) have double doubles.

Three games Sunday, Gonzaga’s home opener (a yawner with Whitman at 6), Eastern Washington at home against Tara Cronin (GPrep)  and Portland at 2, when the Eagles will honor its only NCAA team and WSU at UC Davis.
