No banner day

I hung my flag out on Veterans Day and noticed that I had the only flag flying. I drove around the neighborhood to see if any others were up.

I saw stuff still out from Halloween and Christmas lights going up. However, there wasn’t one flag.

I live in a neighborhood of young marrieds. Don’t they know about the men who died for this country? Didn’t anyone teach them why we hang our flags out? Do none of them have a love for this country?

This is heartbreaking to see. The schools need to quit teaching some of the nonsense and get back to basics, especially love of country.
