Left’s right; right’s wrong

I invite Curtis Stone (Letters, Nov. 18) to see the light:

1. The left has tried to extend needed health care to those in need; the right has voted against this, and with the corrupt health insurance companies.

2. The left tried to allow families in need to have a holiday season; the right voted against extending even basic unemployment benefits.

3. The left wants to extend tax breaks to poor and middle-class families; the right has stated no tax breaks unless the richest 2 percent of Americans get theirs cut.

4. The left wants to put the laws back in place on Wall Street and banks so we don’t have another meltdown; the right says they’ll be good now.

Wake up, Mr. Stone, before it’s too late.
