‘Designer’ dogs at shelter
Instead of reading the comics, I go to “dogs for sale” for laughs. What used to be called mutts or mongrels are now called “designer” or “hybrid” dogs and carry a hefty price tag. Before mutts became fashionable, you could hardly give these dogs away. It is an attempt to extract money out of the gullible with fancy names. If you want a “designer” or “hybrid” dog, go to the local shelter. The dogs are way less expensive and way more grateful.
