Attorney with integrity, talent

As a retired detective for the Washington State Patrol, I never thought that I would write a letter to the editor on behalf of a defense attorney. Tim Note, candidate for District Court judge, is the exception.

I have known Tim professionally for seven years now, and he is a man of the highest integrity. Throughout my 26-year law enforcement career, I have had encounters with many attorneys and judges, including his opponent. Tim Note stands out as one of the best and brightest that I have ever dealt with. He knows the law and has an unbending ethical compass. When he wins in court, which he does often, it is after a clean fight.

The legal profession needs more people like Tim Note in it. He will be an asset to the local bench and the community as a whole when he is elected. Learn more about Tim Note at his website, www.noteforjudge.com.
