Heed adult voice

I write to express my unqualified support for Paula Marano to fill the important position of retiring Rep. George Sayler, District 4, Seat B, in the Idaho Legislature. Paula has the experience as a wife, mother and teacher to bring to the Legislature, and frankly, anytime we can send another thoughtful, intelligent, honest and apolitical adult voice into the discussions down in Boise, we are advancing.

Education is perhaps the single most important long-term priority of this state. Without improvement in our schools, we will never be able to sustain the sort of economic stability and growth that will give all Idahoans a better standard of living. I know Paula will focus her energies and talents on our educational system. She will work constructively to get our schools on track for the future.

I encourage voters to, first, show an interest in this important race. Inform yourselves on the issues, and make sure to go to the polls on Nov. 2. And, in my opinion, a vote for Paula Marano would be a wise choice.
