GOP threatens middle class

Why would anyone not want to retain our fine senator Patty Murray? She’s done an outstanding job for many years and has seniority for Washington state. That means a great deal to all of us.

Some Republican politicians admit they want to get rid of Social Security and Medicare. Also cut back on education and more. The middle class will vanish, leaving only the rich and poor. Republican candidates are receiving huge contributions from the wealthy and from big corporations. They’re outspending the Democrats 6 to 1 for advertising. Who do you think they really care about?

Trickle-down economics never created jobs. The rich simply pocket their tax savings and jobs continue to disappear. We should give Democrats time to dig us out of this massive hole the Republicans created. There’s no immediate fix, but we’re making strides. We’ve thankfully dodged a bullet in avoiding a disastrous depression. We must be patient.

Keep the Democrats in office, don’t let us fall back into no regulations on Wall Street and no concern for the middle class. Don’t be fooled by the Republican machine. They have no real answers, just a lot of money to try to make you think they do.
