TFTN: Yes On 3 Ballot Amendments

The men who wrote Idaho’s Constitution 121 years ago meant to make it difficult for government to go into debt. But they didn’t intend to hamstring economic development indefinitely. So the three constitutional amendments on the Nov. 2 ballot — largely drafted by state Rep. Fred Wood, R-Burley, and Sen.
