Caller reports finding a body laying across the doorway of a home in 500 block of E. 11th/PF. Also, he said there was a smell in the house. Officers called for the coroner after determining that the individual is dead. (

4:14 p.m.
Caller reports he chased NIC vehicle burglar into bushes and told him to stay put while he got campus security. Suspect is described as “pale with a big nose.”
- 4:06 p.m. Student reports a male is taking things from vehicles along Rosenberry Drive (adjacent to North Idaho College).
- 4:03 p.m. 2 females are pushing a 3rd female in 1900 block of 13th/CdA.
- 3:58 p.m. Shopko has caught a shoplifter who’s being cooperative.

Lost diabetic (3:07 incident) tells dispatcher he can hear officers blowing bullhorn.

3:17 p.m.
Traffic lights at Garwood are flashing red for second time today.
- 3:07 p.m. A diabetic who doesn’t know where he’s at on Trail of Coeur d’Alenes is suffering hypoglycemic shock. He sez he’s near Chatcolet on some sort of condemned bridge.
- 2:56 p.m. Husband reports that his wife is lying on the ground with a gun nearby on Tombstone/Rathdrum, a possible suicide victim. He last saw her about 9 a.m.

A loose dog is creating a traffic hazard @ H95 & M/P 445 (Bunco/Athol).

1:54 p.m.
Dispatch center is trying to locate source of 911 call from a music
center. All dispatcher can hear is a loud guitar & a teacher
providing instruction. The music is so loud, the dispatcher reports,
that she feels like her head is in the guitar.
- 1:33 p.m. A muffler is partly lying in the w/b slow lane @ I-90 & M/P 26 (Cedar Creek).
- 1:24 p.m. Subway Fuel on Neider/CdA reports a gas drive-off.
- 1:20 p.m. Officers apparently had to unarm an individual carrying a gun, possibly at the work-release center.
- 1:02 p.m. Roxanne has questions re: her brother getting property.
- 12:51 p.m. Someone has suffered a trauma in 4500 block of Princetown/CdA.
