Hawaii laying it on Vandals

Josh Wright

If only the Vandals could restart the second quarter. Idaho played Hawaii even for all but the last few seconds of the first quarter, when UH scored to take a 10-3 lead. Then the Warriors started pouring it on. Idaho’s three first-half turnovers led to 21 points for Hawaii, which leads 31-3 at halftime.

Nathan Enderle threw two interceptions to set up UH touchdowns, then Daniel Hardy lost the ball in the flat after a short reception. Hawaii recovered and raced 50-plus yards for a score.
