MtnGardener: The public meetings were held only due to public preassure and ExxonMobile/Imperial Oil and ITD were only going to TELL us what they were doing. When I attended the one in Moscow it took intervention by legislators to get them to take questions. Most of the questions were pointed. At that point ITD had not considered what to do if a trailer went into the river. Strangely enough after those meetings Exxon updated its plan. Butch Otter was not at any of those meetings.
