Miranda revised

You have the right to remain silent, blah, blah, blah. Anything you say can and may be used against you. But if you are headed for a week, or more, of vacation you can forget about this warning until you return from vacation.

Y’all have fun, now, ya hear? Be sure and call when you return.

Mulling over your version of what came down is not forbidden, especially if you have retained a great defense attorney and he or she wants to rehearse your version with you since he or she went on the vacation with you.

Also, praying for the re-election of Mr. Tucker as prosecuting attorney is not prohibited.
