Bench qualities noted

As a woman and an attorney, it is incredibly important to me to see qualified women as judges. That being said, having worked exclusively in Debra Hayes’ courtroom for all of 2009 and the first half of 2010, I strongly believe Tim Note is the better candidate for District Court judge.

I have known Tim as a fellow member of the bar for six years. Tim Note is professional, compassionate, and well-versed in the law. He will hold defendants accountable and implement sentencing that will reduce recidivism, change behavior and reduce costs to taxpayers.

Tim is also very hard-working, efficient and will make much better use of our tax dollars by being present on the bench every day, thus eliminating the additional salary needed to pay a pro tem judge.

Please join me in supporting Tim Note for District Court judge.
