Note has judicial qualities

Tim Note is an excellent candidate for District Court judge, Position 6, because he has the proper focus, demeanor and experience to run our misdemeanor courts efficiently and fairly.

Mr. Note and I have tried multiple cases together over the years and Tim has always shown the utmost respect for the law, the parties and our system of justice. Tim Note is a strong advocate and focused on the evidence of the case, but he also sees the big picture and cares about the future of the person he is tasked with helping.

Tim Note is the consummate professional and will serve our community well in this critical time of shrinking budgets and growing caseloads. Tim Note is my candidate for District Court judge because a vote for Note is a vote for efficiency, honesty and fairness.
