• Noonish: A contractor’s vehicle is parking in no-parking zone @ end of Valhalla/CdA.
  
• Noonish: Caller reports hearing a female behind a business in 1700 block of Government Way telling a male: “Stop touching me.”
• Noonish: Officer reports that a dog is being kept w/o water in a Canadian vehicle in Silverlake parking lot.
• 11:59 a.m. A tree is partly blocking Kathleen Avenue near the Fred Meyer exit.
• 11:24 a.m. Dorothy has questions re: handicap-parking regulations.
  
• 10:50 a.m. A female in a vehicle is following a male on a bike who she thinks stole her purse, in area behind Goodwill store @ 5th & Spokane/CdA.
• 10:46 a.m. 2-vehicle, injury crash on Strahorn, south of Hayden, is blocking the road.
• 9:42 a.m. CPD Blue has stopped to cite landscaper who parked vehicle & trailer in front of a fire hydrant @ Kootenai County Courthouse.
  
• 9:34 a.m. EMTs are responding to the Harmony House, 9967 Maple/Hayden, where a female has intentionally cut herself.
  
• 9:03 a.m. Vehicles have almost caused multiple crashes by illegally using the cut-across lane @ M/P 6 to head back w/b, as a result of stalled traffic due to the 8:34 bike crash.
  
• 8:54 a.m. Possible structure fire reported @ 6670 Sperling Loop.
• 8:45 a.m. Resident of Wolf Lodge Creek Road reports a mower taken from his shed.
• 8:34 a.m. Traffic is backed up on e/b I-90 as a result of a motorcycle accident @ M/P 7 (H41).
• 8:05 a.m. A fire has rekindled in a structure that burned last night @ 9561 W. Liberty/Spirit Lake.
