Shock add a couple more
Busy week at Shock headquarters where the team has announced two more signings.
DB Rod Mosley, who started the first two games of the 2010 season before he was injured and ultimately released by the Shock, is returning. He had six tackles and an interception return for a touchdown in his two games. Former Eastern Washington Eagle Lance Witherspoon, who had 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles as a defensive end for AFL Cleveland last season, also has joined the team. (DB Al Phillips, who was on Spokane’s team last season, has signed with Utah).
Elsewhere, there’s a TV report out of Oklahoma City that says the Yard Dawgz won’t be relocating to Seattle and probably won’t have a franchise next season. More here . The Daily Oklahoman, reporting on QB Tommy Grady’s exit to Utah, touches on Oklahoma City’s unsettled situation here .
