NPR Blog: Codgers Can’t Multi-Task
I’ve never been a coordinated person. I’ve always had trouble walking and chewing gum, and now the ‘experts’
are telling me it’s just going to get worse?? That’s right,
this article from NPR’s Health Blog
says individuals over age 59 face an increased risk of injury when crossing busy complicated streets while multitasking. By ‘multitasking’ they mean listening to music or talking on a cell phone. Younger folks though don’t seem to have the same problem/
