North Idaho Facebook wall , Orange TV writes of a video maker who has proclaimed Coeur d’Alene’s Silver Lake Mall to be at least an “almost dead mall.” Continues OTV: “I was there for the first time in ages the other day and nearly shed a tear when I saw Orange Julius was gone forever.”
