• 4:38 p.m. Woman in Little Caesar’s lot reports being followed for 20 minutes by blue Ford pickup covered with spray paint, which is now hiding behind Taco Bell in Post Falls.

• 1:48 p.m. Traffic e/b on I-90 is now blocked to Exit 5 (Spokane Street/PF), as result of M/P 11 crash.
• 1:41 p.m. Patrol officers are trying to catch wrong-way driver @ w/b I-90 & M/P 7 (H41/PF).

• 12:52 p.m. E/b traffic on I-90 is shut down at Northwest Boulevard as a result of a 2-vehicle, injury crash just west of the interchange — and possibly one other 150 yards away. ISP diverting traffic onto H41.
