AM: Startup Funds Help Student Biz
A retired lawyer and a professional poker player made a pitch to a Newport High School marketing class: Come up with a viable business plan, and we’ll finance it. The result is a full-service kayak rental business called Bear Naked Adventures, which opened July 18 at Rotary Park in Oldtown, Idaho next to a Pend Oreille River boat launch.
