A law-enforcement sniper aims at the window of a room Ernesto Bustamante rented at the University Inn-Best Western in Moscow on Tuesday. Bustamante was found dead in his motel room from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound. Bustamante is suspected of shooting and killing a 22-year-old woman in Moscow on Monday. Story below.
