Popkey: Otter’s DUI Double Standard

When South Boise Women’s Correctional Center Warden Terressa Baldridge was arrested for DUI earlier this month, she was immediately put on administrative leave and subsequently demoted and suffered a $10,000 pay cut — even though she’s pleaded not guilty. But when Tony Faraca , deputy director and chief financial officer at the Idaho State Liquor Division, pleaded guilty to DUI in May he remained in his $85,114 post/ Dan Popkey , Idaho Statesman.
