Phil Hart, R-Athol, in the House District 3 (or whatever the district will be called then) GOPrimaries. Also, there’s a potential opponent who has a bellyful of nullification nonsense warming up in the bullpen for state Rep. Vito Barbieri, R-Dalton Gardens. Stay tuned.
