Just say NO

This may surprise some of you, but I have a hard time saying NO. The consequences of  my over-committment are not lovely, so in the New Year I’m going to be working on gracious ways to say “no”.

Some options include:

• I’m enrolled in aerobic scream therapy
• I’m teaching my ferret to yodel
• I want to spend more time with my blender
• I’m attending the opening of my garage door
