WSU Manager Sets Guinness Record

A record-breaking night Tuesday as Washington State University senior Charlie Vernon reclaims his world record of most basketball half-court shots in a minute, making nine baskets. Vernon currently is listed in the Guinness World Records with seven baskets, but was unseated in late January by Eric Valentin, a University of Wisconsin – Green Bay basketball player, who made eight baskets/ WSU media affairs .
