Two citizen complaints dismissed

Rep. Dell Raybould moved to dismiss a complaint from Larry Spencer against Rep. Eric Anderson. “I would move that the committee dismiss this complaint as having been unfounded and a frivolous complaint against Rep. Anderson,” Raybould said. The motion passed unanimously.

Then, Rep. Bill Killen moved to dismiss a complaint from Howard Griffiths against Phil Hart; that motion, too, passed unanimously. Now the Ethics Committee is moving on to the complaint against Hart.
