Testimony now limited to 3 minutes
The House State Affairs Committee took a short break, and is now back in session in its hearing on HB 117, the health care nullification bill. Chairman Tom Loertscher told the crowd he wants to “try to hear all of you today if at all possible,” and he imposed a three-minute time limit on testimony from this point on.
