GOP loyalty explained

In regard to Ms. Ann Warwick’s letter (“Deficit views inconsistent,” Feb. 5), I must try and answer the question she asks in her last paragraph when she writes, “why people who aren’t millionaires vote for Republicans.”

The answer is simple, I want to spend my money the way I want to, whereas the Democrats want to spend it for me and the way they want.
