Regal treasury awaits

I saw on the news that Spokane is thinking of increasing the price of a parking ticket because of monetary needs. I have a great way for the city to earn the money they seek!

Every day I park across the street from Ferris High School waiting for my son. Every day I witness drivers who fail to stop when students are in the crosswalk, and have seen so many near misses that it’s scary!

All we need is to post some unmarked police cars along Regal at 2:30 and wait. They will be writing so many tickets that they honestly won’t be able to catch all of the offenders, and with the price of a ticket for speeding in a school zone, the money will come rolling in!
