Your Feb. 6 editorial relating that our state replaces about 37,000 EBT cards per year for 60,000 recipients is beyond belief. The agency administrating this blatant fraud should be overhauled top to bottom.

My American Express from Costco has my picture on it. The state should do the same, or how about, if you lose it TOO BAD.
