Absence of leadership

As expected in the shooting death of Wayne Creach, the officer involved was exonerated. What else does one expect to happen when: The police investigate the police, an ombudsman is a figurehead with no real power, and the county prosecutor (Steve Tucker) wouldn’t indict a Spokane Police Department cop if he witnessed an illegal shooting! What we have here is incompetent leadership, starting with the mayor, Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick and Steve Tucker!

These people think that they are a law unto themselves! If this were the military, the three of them would be relieved of command for dereliction of duty and sheer incompetence! Let’s fire Kirkpatrick and vote the other two out of office, and let’s get some competent leadership in this city!
