Blizzard Dumps 11 Inches Of Snow

After nearly a foot of snow blanketed the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas, the National Weather Service has
another treat in store. A blizzard warning is in effect until noon today for most of the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene areas as well as Bonners Ferry, Sandpoint, Davenport and Cheney. A temperature of 10 degrees was reported at 7 a.m. with a northeast wind of 16 mph. Wind today could gust to 32 mph. The National Weather Service said that 11 inches of snow was recorded at Spokane International Airport since Wednesday/
