‘Worst Oscars Ever’? The votes are coming in

It’s still early yet, but I’m already getting text message from friends and family calling this the worst Oscar broadcast ever. Have to say that I agree.

One thing I want to point out: “The Lost Thing” was my favorite of the animated shorts. So I have no problem with that.

Melissa Leo? Yeah, she was great, and the award was deserved. But, damn, she should have given a better speech. The old guy who won the Original Screenplay award gave a better speech, and that’s sayng something.

Finally, note for the future: Kirk Douglas should retire for good.
