Earner pool drying up

Thank you, Mr. Wavada (Letters, Dec. 29), for so eloquently expressing the reaction I — and I’m sure many others — had to Stacey Cowles’ Christmas Day “greeting.” How dare a person born into a position of such privilege cast aspersions on the ever-shrinking pool of hard-working folks who actually still are paid a living wage. Where does Mr. Cowles think he will be when there’s no one left who can afford to buy his newspaper?
