- 4:52 p.m. Motorist is trying to push his disabled vehicle from i/s of 19th & Idaho/Post Falls.
- 4:31 p.m. Sagle Fire Dept. is asking for assist w/vehicle fire on I-90 & Granite Loop.
- 4:07 p.m. Juvenile reports he was walking home from school when an older man in a red pickup stopped nearby to look at him and then drove around the block and did same thing again.
- 4:01 p.m. Motorist reports smelling odor of propane or natural gas @ Seltice Way & Greensferry.
- 4:01 p.m. IDEQ hazmat crews are still cleaning a spill of 130 gallons of diesel that spilled after a w/b trucker hit a guardrail on I-90 @ Rose Lake junction and punctured his tank at 4:36 this morning. One lane is still blocked. ISP report here.

- 2:18 p.m. A white pickup is disabled @ Atlas & Prairie/CdA, causing a traffic hazard.
- 2:07 p.m. A suspicious male is standing in front of Kellys Irish Pub @ 4th & Montana/CdA.

- 12:38 p.m. A driver reports seeing a 30ish male emerging from the ice on a waterway along Wolf Lodge Terrace and Frontage roads, east of CdA, and is concerned re: his welfare.
- 12:11 p.m. A Post Falls officer reports finding a disoriented woman near railroad tracks and suggests that dispatch should contact an extended advance care facility.
