• Tuesday-Wednesday Poll: Most of Hucks Nation got their wish when single mother Holly Lahti of Rathdrum stepped forward to claim her half of the Mega Millions jackpot. 49 of 144 respondents (34%) to the recent poll wanted the winner to be deserving, while another 43 of 144 (29.9%) wanted her to be local. Another 38 of 144 (26.9%) said it didn’t matter who won because they hadn’t. And 14 of 144 (9.7%) voted that people shouldn’t gamble.
