- 5:51 p.m. Boy named Andrew reports several boys threw snowballs at him and knocked him down near i/s of Kathleen & Player. His assailants then went back to nearby apartments.
- 5:44 p.m. A truck is stalled just south of H95 & Hayden, creating a traffic hazard.
- 5:37 p.m. St. Vincent de Paul’s reports an unwanted person on premises.
- 5:18 p.m. Caller reports 3 drunken men drove off in a Ford Explorer from Alpine Store/Garwood, n/b on H95. Vehicle is registered to a Bonner County man.
- 5:14 p.m. Woman reports a man w/a protection order is at her home in 2600 block of H41/Post Falls.
- 5:13 p.m. Kootenai County Jail reports a battery.
- 5:09 p.m. A dead deer is lying on H95 on Mica Hill/south of CdA.
- 4:56 p.m. Driver of blue or purple Dodge Caravan on Ironwood now is driving w/o a license.
- 4:47 p.m. A son is hitting and kicking his mother in 1000 block of E. New Orleans.
- 4:30 p.m. Check Into Cash, 501 W. Appleway, wants to see an officer re: possible fraud.
- 4:03 p.m. Owner of dog injured in fence on Rimrock (3:41 item below) is 15 minutes from scene.

- 3:41 p.m. Animal control officer reports that dog on Rimrock is badly injured but not dead. Apparently, the dog’s paw has been mangled by the fence. And it has been in spot for awhile. Owner is on the way. Officer tells dispatcher: “It doesn’t look good but he isn’t dead.”
- 3:08 p.m. Caller reports a dead or injured dog near a fence in the 3100 block of Rimrock/Hayden Lake. One of dog’s paws is detached in the fence.
- 2:51 p.m. Officer has stopped man behind Auto Zone who may have stolen items from Goodwill.
- 2:44 p.m. Spirit Lake area business owner reports a theft by employee that happened 18 months ago.
- 2:42 p.m. A gold fan with Colorado plates is speeding at 90 mph on w/b I-90 @ H41 turnoff.
- 2:02 p.m. Bailiff Barnes tells EMTs that everything’s OK in Judge John Luster’s chambers after they’d been called for a medical evaluation.
- 1:30 p.m. Caller reports that a blue sedan is too far from curb & too near hydrant on Annie/CdA.
- 1:12 p.m. Caller reports that a sheet of ice makes i/s of 2nd & Ross Point/Post Falls hazardous.
- 1:11 p.m. A gray Subaru is in the ditch along H95 & M/P 438 (Boekel Road/Hayden).
