Star running back Taiwan Jones (above) was a cheerleader as Eastern Washington won the FCS championship last weekend. That may have also played a role in his decision to leave school and submit his papers to be eligible for the NFL draft . He was expected to sign with an agent Friday night.

Eagle coach Beau Baldwin is thankful for three seasons with Jones; a draft expect said the Eagle star is likely a late round pick in the NFL draft.
