Spokane’s P-Jammers marching band join in the Martin Luther King Day Unity Parade as over 1,000 people took to the streets after a rally at the INB Performing Arts Center in Spokane. Now, the FBI is saying that a sophisticated bomb planted in a backpack along the route was targeted at the parade and was capable of injuring or killing people. Story below.
