• 5:08 p.m. ISP announcement: ISP is out with multiple spun-out semi trucks and stuck vehicles on Lookout Pass on I90 at the Idaho/Montana line. The pass is being shut down eastbound.
• 4:48 p.m. Hayden WalMart reports catching a shoplifter who’s being cooperative.
• 4:42 p.m. A school bus stopped after hitting a dog at Orchard & Ramsey/Hayden.
• 4:17 p.m. Caller reports that mustachioed man in red pickup that’s e/b on Whispering Pines may have put a body wrapped in white tarp in pickup bed.

• 3:17 p.m. Caller reports a man stopped his pickup, grabbed a gun, and walked onto property that’s posted “no trespassing,” on Remington b/n Ramsey & Weir/Athol.
• 3:16 p.m. A dog that ran off after a 4th of July Pass crash has been found & is on its way to a Shoshone County animal shelter.
• 3:01 p.m. Woman enters Rite Aid to report a man she knows as Chris in a newer blue pickup robbed her of her cell phone & wallet @ Government Way & Appleway 15 minutes ago.
• 2:58 p.m. Caller @ 11th Street exit reports seeing a man acting strangely during Tubbs Hill hike.
• 2:47 p.m. The Trading Post reports a drunken man who has been kicked out of the store before is vomiting in women’s bathroom.
• 2:26 p.m. A long-haul trucker is broken down in the Gateway Cafe lot in Plummer.

• 12:45 p.m. Officer tells animal control to be watching for a dog that may be “pretty beat up” that escaped from a crash earlier today.
• 12:42 p.m. Caller reports an open utility box with wires showing @ Honeysuckle & Hayden Lake roads.
• 12:21 p.m. WalMart East/Post Falls reports 3 shoplifters are wearing black ballcaps stolen from the store as they smoke cigarettes in the parking lot.
